Certification is conducted by an independent National Certification Committee to ensure full transparency and rigor throughout the process.

What Does a DOBE Certification Guarantee?

A DOBE certification is not self-reported. It ensures that an enterprise has been independently vetted and confirmed to be majority owned, managed, or controlled by a person or persons with a disability. The process involves documentary review and an interview conducted by the National Certification Committee — a rigorous standard designed to give procurement officers and supplier diversity leads full confidence in the companies they partner with.
